As the new chapter unfolded, with the dawn of the New Year illuminating the serene and vibrant landscape of Chongming Island, on January 16, 2026, Shanghai Lishan Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. hosted the “Lishan Talents – Future Shines Bright, Together We Stride” 2025 Annual Recognition Ceremony and 2026 New Year Team-Building Gala. The event was marked by warmth, joy, and camaraderie as the management, research and development leaders, operational teams, and all staff gathered to reflect on the company’s resolute achievements over the past year.

In our pioneering efforts in microbial-based biotherapeutics, we have achieved a pivotal breakthrough with the "Bacterial Swarmer" technological platform, opening new avenues for live biotherapeutic products (LBP) therapies.

Our Intelligent Microbial Application Platform (IMicAP) AI system has officially launched, integrating artificial intelligence to enhance the entire drug discovery and clinical validation process.

Significant milestones have been reached across our microbiome model platform, notably with the LS-SM-001 pipeline targeting PXR receptors, utilizing cutting-edge lipid nanoparticle delivery technology to ensure precise, stable, and long-acting release for ulcerative colitis (UC), potentially revolutionizing treatments for inflammatory bowel disease patients.

Our team continues to expand steadily, with ongoing pipeline development—each step forward driven by the dedicated efforts of every member. Tonight, we celebrate our collective achievements.

The event, themed "Future Shines Bright, Together We Stride" masterfully intertwines the meticulous mindset characteristic of scientific research with the vibrant energy of team dynamics. It delivers an audiovisual feast filled with humor, sentiment, and depth.  

- The R&D department presented the creative stand-up comedy "The Enchanting Journey of a Microbial Strain", humorously dissecting daily operations in LBP research, garnering continuous applause and laughter from the audience.  

- The Marketing and Business Development teams performed a duet of "The Sea of Stars", expressing their boundless optimism and unwavering confidence in the future of innovative pharmaceuticals through their singing.  

- The Administration and HR teams showcased a dance titled "Life·Light," using graceful movements to interpret the beautiful symbolism of harmony and resonance between the micro-ecology and life.

- Finally, the executive team made a surprise appearance, delivering "True Heroes," a song expressing respect for all diligent contributors, elevating the evening’s atmosphere to a triumphant climax.

During the awards ceremony, we proudly presented prestigious honors including the "Annual Best Growth Award", "Outstanding Collaboration Team", and "Rising Star".

Mr. Chen WeiJie, Chairman of Lishan, delivered a heartfelt and inspiring speech that injected profound spiritual resonance into the grand event.

"At Lishan, we firmly believe that every employee is our most valuable asset," Chairman Chen emphasized. He underscored that the company is committed to providing a luminous platform for talent and treasures the trust and camaraderie of working "shoulder to shoulder".  

He further articulated Lishan's deeper mission beyond commercial success: "Looking back at our journey, each step we have taken together holds profound significance, rooted in our sincere initial purpose of serving the people.
