2024年10月25日下午，力山生物医药有限公司在公司总部芳华苑内举行团建活动。力山生物战略规划首席顾问庄棵名先生和力山生物科学顾问委员会首席顾问Mani教授，在力山生物董事长陈卫杰博士、董事冯莉惠博士、监事长龙柯锦先生和总裁朱超宇博士陪同下参加了本次团建活动。

On the afternoon of October 25, 2024, Lishan Biotech held a team-building activity at our headquarters, Fanghuayuan. Mr. Zhuang Keming, director of Lishan Biotech's advisory committee and Professor Mani, chief advisor of Lishan Biotech's scientific advisory committee, participated in the event accompanied by Dr. Chen Weijie (chairman of Lishan Biotech), Dr. Feng Lihui (director), Mr. Long Kejin (chairman of the supervisory board), and Dr. Zhu Chaoyu (president).

本次团建活动由力山生物董事长陈卫杰博士主持，整个过程中洋溢着温馨融洽的气氛，科学研究的思想火花不断碰撞。

在此期间，恰逢力山生物科学顾问委员会首席顾问Mani教授在沪开展微生物前沿研究与临床合作，参加了复旦大学智能医学研究院“第一届国际智能医学会议”，与瑞金医院、中山医院进行临床合作交流，与上海中医药大学、上海交通大学、浙江大学、武汉大学等进行学术研讨活动，为同行学者和研发人员们提供了一个深入了解国际学术前沿的机会，促进了学术交流与合作。

The team-building activity was presided over by Dr. Chen Weijie, chairman of Lishan Biotech, and the whole process was permeated with a warm and harmonious atmosphere, and the ideas of scientific research constantly collided.

During this period, Professor Mani, chief advisor of Lishan Biotech's scientific advisory committee, has been carrying out microbiology frontier research and clinical cooperation in Shanghai. He participated in "The First International Conference on Intelligent Medicine" organized by the Fudan University Intelligent Medicine Institute. Additionally, he has been conducting clinical cooperation and exchanges with Ruijin hospital and Zhongshan hospital. The academic discussion activities with Shanghai university of traditional chinese medicine, Shanghai jiao tong university, Zhejiang university, and Wuhan university, etc., have provided an opportunity for peer scholars and researchers to gain a deep understanding of the international academic frontier, and have promoted academic exchanges and cooperation.

Mani教授对陈卫杰博士发明的“微流芯片”和发现的“Swarming菌株”感到十分震撼，“通过流体力学物理结合现代生物技术，开创性地解决了困扰国际微生物组二十年的肠道疾病精准定植的世界性难题!”此举将为人类做出重大贡献。

Professor Mani was impressed by Dr. Chen Weijie's invention of the "microfluidic chip" and the discovery of the "Swarming strain". He exclaimed, "By combining fluid mechanics and physics with modern biotechnology, we have provided a groundbreaking solution to the long-standing global challenge of accurately diagnosing intestinal diseases, which has puzzled the international microbiome community for two decades!" At the beginning of last year, the company formulated its strategic development direction and planned its work for 2024. After careful consideration, Lishan decided to choose the latest global track of Live Biotherapeutic Product (LBP), establishing Lishan's commitment to the research of cutting-edge microbial technologies and leading the microbiome towards the market and the world. With the world's first swarming unique colonization technology and patent medicines for IBD treatment, after more than a year of hard work, on September 25, 2024 we announced to the industry that the IBD pipeline has officially entered commercialization, which fully reflects the team's collaborative capabilities and R&D abilities. As a result, Lishan will integrate into the cradle of the global biopharmaceutical field. At the same time, we will also apply the experience accumulated in the commercialization of IBD pipelines to more pipelines, to benefit mankind and leave Lishan’s footprint in every corner of the world.
